REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after making your payment to request a refund.

To start a return, you can submit an inquiry via our Contact page.

All training and private events are final sale and non-refundable. If you purchase and schedule training or private events and are unable to attend, you have up to 2 hours before your scheduled session to cancel. If you do not cancel 2 hours prior, you will be charged for that session and it will not be returned. You may not share or transfer your purchased session, packages or specials with other accounts. To receive credit for your session to use towards another service or training, you must cancel at least 2 hours prior to that class. All Packages expire after 6 months.
