ETSP Charitable Foundation
History of the Foundation
The Elite Training and Sports Performance (ETSP) Charitable Foundation was started by Sean and Katie Usher in 2022. It is an extension of the ETSP Center which serves at-risk youth in Indianapolis by providing them with access to professional training in multiple sports including soccer, football, basketball, and lacrosse.
The foundation was established to ensure all athletes who desire will have access to become "Elite" and compete at a high level. The Ushers firmly believe that by providing more programs that cultivate the minds and bodies of inner-city youth, we can reduce crime and give more at-risk youth the chance to realize their goals and dreams.
Our Mission
To provide an opportunity for safe, quality, affordable training to those children who may otherwise not have the financial ability to acquire said training.
Our Vision
To assist in developing the opportunity and capacity for a higher quality of living through providing specific sports training to individuals and families.
